Principal Leadership Academy

The Texas Principal Leadership Academy (TPLA) is committed to developing collaborative, data-savvy, reflective instructional leaders who are focused on increasing student achievement of all children, especially those who have been marginalized because of race, culture, class, language, gender, and/or ability. Bringing these elements together, the Austin 2019 Cohort developed Individual Participatory Action Research (PAR) projects.
