Overview
The campaign addressed a key consumer insight: shoppers want to make Valentine’s Day special for their loved ones but are mindful of rising grocery costs. Centered around the message “Create a special Valentine’s Day without compromising your wallet or heart,” creative emphasized that customers can celebrate meaningful moments don’t have to come at a high cost.
Discovery
For graphic elements, paper hearts were used as a prop in our creative assets. These paper hearts should be placed organically, in varying scales, and angles. They should be placed around products to support the creative with ASIN treatments.
Direction on props is to use minimal, neutral props with secondary pops of color–using a mix of simple dinnerware (white, red, ceramic), with some heart-shaped dinnerware for visual storytelling. We also took advantage of risers, having a variety of sizes.
